Lifestyle Homes builds in Cold Springs Valley, just north of Reno. Juniper Village offers mountain views and easy access to open desert and mountain trails while staying close to Reno amenities.
What does the new-home warranty cover?
Every new home includes insurance-backed coverage through 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty: 1 year for workmanship and materials, 2 years for distribution systems, and 10 years for structural defects.
Can I customize my home?
Yes. Lifestyle allows some floor-plan changes and offers an in-house design session for flooring, tile, cabinets, fixtures, doors, paint, and countertops.
Will I be pressured to buy upgrades?
No. Lifestyle’s sales staff does not work on commission, and its onsite showroom is designed for a zero-pressure selection experience.
When can I tour?
The sales office is open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. After-hours and Sunday tours are available by appointment, including virtual tours.
